The plug-in resistance thermometer with connection cable enables temperature measurement in gaseous and liquid media due to the temperature dependence of the electrical resistance of its built-in platinum sensor. The protective tube is made of material 1.4571 and has a dimension of 4.5 x 50 mm. The connecting cable is designed for operation in damp rooms. The resistance thermometer is therefore preferred for temperature measurements in sterilizers. The special design also allows use in water vapor containing, pressurized atmospheres up to 5.0 bar. Other areas of application include equipment construction and laboratory technology. The resistance thermometer according to DIN EN 60751 (class A) is designed as 2 x Pt100 in a four-wire circuit and is intended for temperatures from -70 to +200 ° C. The 2.5 m long connecting cable is made of FEP and is mounted at the transition with strain relief. The permissible ambient temperature for the connecting cable is -70 to +200 ° C. The open connection end is equipped with ferrules according to DIN 46228 part 4.
