Aflati pretul pentru JUMO The PID controller for the plastics industry, in the 48 x 96 mm format, is suitable for panel mounting. In addition to the 2 universal inputs, 2 relay outputs (changeover contacts), 2 binary inputs and 2 binary outputs, the compact controller has a power supply for two-wire transmitters. The voltage supply range is between AC 110 to 240 V + 10 / -15%, 48 to 63 Hz. The controller is suitable for controlling temperatures and other process variables in special applications in the plastics industry. Areas of application include extruders, injection molding machines, temperature control units and hot runner systems. The high-contrast, multi-color LCD display for actual value, setpoint and operator guidance consists of two four-digit 7-segment displays. It is easy to operate using four buttons. The devices can be used as two-point, three-point or three-point step controllers. The controller software includes, among other things, a hot runner ramp function, control loop and output level monitoring, two self-optimization processes and 4 limit value monitoring. The linearizations of the usual sensors are saved. The controller has cULus approval.
