The measuring system used works on the principle of liquid expansion. The temperature can be read on a white scale with black writing, which is protected by a glass pane. The housing has degree of protection IP55 and can be used in temperature limits from -30 to 70 ° C, the nominal position is arbitrary. At the end of the installed copper pipeline there is a smooth sensor with a diameter of 6 mm, which is also made of copper. In order to be able to optimally record the temperature, the sensor must be completely immersed in the medium to be measured. It can be attached using a separate protective sleeve (not included in the scope of delivery). The transmission line outlet is located on the rear of the thermometer housing. Since no additional auxiliary energy is required, the device is ideally suited for energy-saving temperature measurement. The device can be used universally and is ideal for local temperature measurement in ovens and industrial plants.
