The radio transmitter module with M 12 plug connection basically enables the connection of various resistance thermometers, which are designed with measuring insert 1x Pt1000 according to DIN EN 60751 (tolerance class A) in three-wire technology and M 12 plug connection. This allows extended temperature ranges from -200 to +600 ° C to be transferred. The transmitter electronics are vibration-proof in the oil and acid-resistant housing, the ambient temperature of which can be in the range of -25 to +125 ° C. The measured values ​​are transmitted wirelessly by radio via an integrated Wtrans transmitter to the appropriate Wtrans receivers, displayed there and are available in digital form at the RS485 interface and as an analog output. The radio transmitter module is therefore suitable wherever there is flexibility in the selection of temperature sensors and in addition you want to avoid high wiring costs. The degree of protection is IP67. A long-life 3.6 V lithium battery is used for the power supply. The radio frequencies of the Wtrans measuring system (868.4 MHz) are largely insensitive to external interference and allow transmission even in harsh industrial environments. A receiver variant can signal different alarms at two relay outputs. If the antenna wall bracket with the 3 m antenna cable is used on the receiver side, the range in the open field is 300 m. A setup program is available as an accessory for simple configuration and parameterization of the Wtrans measuring system on the PC. Optionally, the online chart function can be used to record measured values ​​on the PC.
