Aflati pretul pentru JUMO The configurable safety temperature limiter / monitor according to DIN EN 14597 with 1oo2D architecture and SIL and PL approval is equipped with two universal analog inputs and two relay outputs (pre and limit alarm) as well as a universal analog output. The switching capacity of the relay contacts is AC 250 V, 3 A, 50 Hz (ohmic load). The pre-alarm can be set absolutely or as a distance from the limit. The front impresses with the brilliant LC display with backlight and plain text display. With the use of the safety temperature limiter (STB) and safety temperature monitor (STW), dangers that can lead to injuries to people, damage to the environment or destruction of production plants and production goods can be detected early and safely. Its primary task is to reliably monitor thermal processes and to put the systems in a safe operating state in the event of a fault. The measured value at the analog input can be recorded using various sensors or standard signals. The built-in LEDs signal that the limit has been exceeded for each channel, and the alarm relay output switches the system to an operationally safe state (alarm area). The high requirements of DIN EN 61508 and DIN EN 13849 are met by a device concept whose 1oo2D structure guarantees the reliable detection of errors and can therefore also be used in applications that are subject to the new Machinery Directive 2006/42 / EC. When used as a safety temperature monitor STW (protection temperature monitor), the device works with automatic reset (eg for heat generating systems). This takes place after the sensor temperature has dropped below the set limit value by the amount of the switching difference (setting: max alarm). The automatic reset occurs when the Min-Alarm setting is made after the sensor temperature has risen by the amount of the switching difference above the set limit. When used as a safety temperature limiter STB (protection temperature limiter for heat generating systems), the reset is done manually or with a tool. The voltage supply range extends from AC / DC 20 to 30 V, 48 to 63 Hz.
