The 12-channel digital input / output module (component of the overall mTRON T system) for top-hat rail mounting has a voltage supply of 24 V DC + 25 / -20%. The module has twelve channels, which can be configured either as digital inputs or digital outputs. The digitized input states are available in the system for further processing. The digital outputs are controlled via the system bus by digital signals (assignment via the connection list or directly from the PLC). The load current of up to 6 A (12 x max. 500 mA) must be provided via the +24 V / GND terminals on the front. The presence of the power supply, the operating states of the module and the states of the digital inputs and digital outputs are indicated by LEDs. The user can easily configure the digital input / output module using a setup program. The module insert can easily be pulled out of the housing for servicing. The housing including the bus board remains mounted on the top-hat rail.
