With the help of a setpoint adjuster, which is available as an accessory, the desired switch-off temperature can be easily set on a scale. The temperature controller is characterized by a high switching point accuracy of +/- 3% in the upper third of the scale. A decisive advantage is that no additional auxiliary energy is required for temperature measurement. The electrical connection is made to the flat plugs (A 6.3 x 0.8 DIN 46244) of the switch set, which can switch a maximum permissible switching capacity of 230 V AC / 16 A directly. The thermostat has a switching difference (hysteresis) of 5% of the scale range and automatically switches back to its original state when the switch-off temperature falls below this value. The temperature controller can be used very flexibly and is used in heating, air conditioning and ventilation technology as well as in the plastics industry, apparatus and furnace construction and for temperature monitoring in laboratories and climatic cabinets. The device is approved according to DIN EN 14597 and has UL and EAC approval.
