The desired switch-off temperature can be easily set on a scale using a screwdriver. The temperature limiter is characterized by a high switching point accuracy of + 0 / -5%. A decisive advantage is that no additional auxiliary energy is required for temperature measurement. The electrical connection is made to the flat plugs (A 6.3 x 0.8 DIN 46244) of the switch set, which can switch a maximum permissible switching capacity of 230 V AC / 16 A directly. The thermostat has an unlocking difference of approx. 10% of the scale range, after which the device can be unlocked simply by pressing a button. The temperature limiter can be used very flexibly and is used in heating, air conditioning and ventilation technology as well as in the plastics industry, apparatus and furnace construction and for temperature monitoring in the laboratory and climatic cabinets. The device is approved according to DIN EN 14597 and has UL and EAC approval.
