Aflati pretul pentru JUMO The warm air thermostat is a device combination consisting of three individual devices in one housing, protection class IP40 with the functions of a temperature controller, temperature monitor and a fixed safety temperature limiter. The switch head is fastened with two screws through the lower part of the housing. With the help of a screwdriver, the desired switch-off temperature of the temperature controller and the temperature monitor can be set individually on a scale on the inside after removing the housing cover. Temperature controllers and temperature monitors are characterized by a high switching point accuracy of +/- 4 K in the upper third of the scale. The safety temperature limiter has a switching point accuracy of + 0 / -5 K and is factory-set. A decisive advantage is that no additional auxiliary energy is required for temperature measurement. The electrical connection is made on a terminal block, which is mounted on a circuit board. The device can switch a maximum permissible switching capacity of 230 V AC / 10 A directly. The temperature controller has a switching difference (hysteresis) of approx. 14 K, the switching difference of the temperature monitor is approx. 6 K. After reaching the setpoint value, the micro switches of the two devices switch over and automatically drop back in after the switch-off temperature has fallen below the value of the switching difference the original state. The safety temperature limiter opens and locks the switching path when the set temperature is reached. The switch can only be unlocked manually after the temperature has cooled by approx. 10 K. The three long-distance lines of the thermostat are made of copper. The three sensors are also made of copper, each with a diameter of 4 mm. The housing cover is made of polycarbonate, the lower part made of sheet steel. Warm air thermostats are particularly suitable for use in warm air systems according to DIN 4794, for example in large rooms, halls or workshops. The device is approved according to DIN EN 14597 and has an EAC approval.
