Aflati pretul pentru JUMO Thanks to its innovative housing made of high-quality plastic, the 1-pole mechanical surface-mounted thermostat is suitable for mounting on a TH35 DIN rail according to DIN EN 60715 or directly for wall mounting. The measuring system used works on the principle of liquid expansion and can be used up to a maximum permissible sensor temperature of 149 ° C without any problems. The smooth round copper sensor has a diameter of 6 mm and a sensor length of approx. 66 mm. The thermostat transmission line is also made of copper. Considering a bending radius of 5 mm, the pipeline can be laid flexibly. The maximum permissible ambient temperature on the housing (protection class IP20) is 55 ° C. The desired switch-off temperature can be easily set on a scale using a screwdriver. The set switch-off temperature can be read at any time. The safety temperature monitor with changeover contact is characterized by a high switching point accuracy of + 0 / -5 K in the upper half of the scale. The built-in temperature compensation reduces ambient temperature influences on the switch head to a minimum. A decisive advantage is that no additional auxiliary energy is required for temperature measurement. The electrical connection is made using PushIn © terminals, which significantly reduces installation time compared to conventional screw connections. The maximum permissible switching capacity is AC 230 volts / 16 A. The thermostat has a switching difference (hysteresis) of approx. 10 K and automatically switches back to its original state by falling below the switch-off temperature. When the temperature at the sensor cools below -20 ° C, the circuit between terminals 1 and 2 opens, but closes again automatically when the temperature rises. If the measuring system is destroyed, the circuit is opened permanently, the switch contact is then in a neutral position. The safety temperature monitor can be used very flexibly and is used both for temperature monitoring in laboratory and climatic cabinets and in heating, air conditioning and ventilation technology. Other areas of application include the plastics industry, apparatus and machine construction, furnace construction and building automation. The device is approved according to DIN EN 14597 and PED and has an EAC approval.
