Aflati pretul pentru JUMO Thanks to its galvanized sheet steel housing, the 1-pole mechanical built-in thermostat is very robust and can also be used under rough conditions. The measuring system used works on the principle of liquid expansion and can be used up to a maximum permissible sensor temperature of 345 ° C without any problems. The smooth round sensor made of stainless steel has a diameter of 6 mm with a sensor length of approx. 85 mm. The long-distance cable of the thermostat is made of copper and can be flexibly installed taking into account a bending radius of 5 mm. The first 460mm from the switch head are covered with an electrically insulating PVC protective hose. The device has a capillary break safety device, which opens the switch contact when the measuring system is destroyed and switches to a neutral position. It is then no longer possible to unlock the thermostat. The maximum permissible ambient temperature at the switch head (protection class IP00) is 80 ° C. The temperature compensation reduces the ambient temperature influence on the switch head to a minimum. The switch head is fastened with the help of a mounting bridge using two M4 x 28 screws. The desired switch-off temperature can be easily set on a scale using a screwdriver. The safety temperature limiter is characterized by a high switching point accuracy of + 0 / - 15 K in the upper third of the scale. A decisive advantage is that no additional auxiliary energy is required for temperature measurement. The electrical connection is made to the flat plugs (A 6.3 x 0.8 DIN 46244) of the switch set, which can switch a maximum permissible switching capacity of 230 V AC / 16 A directly. The thermostat has an unlocking difference of approx. 25 K in the upper third of the scale (approx. 45 K at the beginning of the scale), after which the device can be unlocked simply by pressing a button. The safety temperature limiter can be used very flexibly and is used in heating, air conditioning and ventilation technology as well as in the plastics industry, apparatus and furnace construction and for temperature monitoring in the laboratory and climatic cabinets. The device is approved according to DIN EN 14597 and PED and has UL and EAC approval. The device is RoHS compliant and cadmium free.
