Aflati pretul pentru JUMO Thanks to its glass-fiber reinforced polyester housing (protection class IP65), the 1-pole mechanical body thermostat with changeover contact is very robust and can also be used under harsh conditions. The measuring system used works on the principle of liquid expansion and can be used up to a maximum permissible sensor temperature of 60 ° C without any problems. The smooth round sensor made of stainless steel has a diameter of 6 mm with a sensor length of approx. 81 mm. The long-distance line of the thermostat is also made of stainless steel and can be flexibly installed taking into account a bending radius of 5 mm. The maximum permissible ambient temperature on the housing is -40 to 40 ° C in temperature class T6 or max. 70 ° C in temperature class T4. The housing is fastened by 4 screws directly to the lower part of the housing. With the help of a screwdriver, the desired switch-off temperature can be easily set on a scale after removing the housing cover. The safety temperature monitor is characterized by a high switching point accuracy of + 0 / -5 K in the middle third of the scale. The built-in temperature compensation reduces ambient temperature influences on the switch head to a minimum. A decisive advantage is that no additional auxiliary energy is required for temperature measurement. The electrical connection is made using PushIn © terminals, which significantly reduces installation time compared to conventional screw connections. The maximum permissible switching capacity is AC 230 volts / 16 A. The thermostat has a switching difference (hysteresis) of approx. 7% of the scale range and switches automatically back to its original state after falling below the switch-off temperature. When the temperature at the sensor cools below -20 ° C, the circuit between terminals 1 and 2 opens, but closes again automatically when the temperature rises. If the measuring system is destroyed, the circuit is opened permanently, the switch contact is then in a neutral position. The safety temperature monitor can be used very flexibly and is used in all potentially explosive areas in Ex Zones 1, 2, 21 and 22. The device is approved in accordance with ATEX and suitable for temperature class T6 in potentially explosive gas or dust atmospheres. The device is RoHS compliant and cadmium free.
