Aflati pretul pentru JUMO The smart fitting enables a diverse temperature measurement with a thermostat or dial thermometer and a platinum-chip temperature sensor. It is possible to use the mechanical devices installed in the existing process at the same measuring point and at the same time to extend the application functionally by an electrical temperature measurement. This increases process reliability because the temperature can be measured redundantly with two independent measuring principles. The resistance signal can be converted into an analog or digital signal using a transmitter. Maximum flexibility in data usage is created by using a resistance signal, a 4-20 mA signal or an IO-Link interface. The valve can be attached to immersion tubes with an outer diameter of 8mm using a fastening screw. A Pt 100 sensor is integrated in a four-wire circuit with tolerance class B. The smooth immersion tube has an outer diameter of 13 mm and an inner diameter of 8.2 mm. The electrical connection is made using a machine connector M12 x 1 mm, 4-pin according to IEC 60947-5-2. The medium temperatures in the process can be between -40 to + 260 ° C. The permissible pressure load depends on the temperature and is a maximum of 62 bar at a temperature of +100 ° C and a maximum of 48 bar at a temperature of +260 ° C. The smart valve can be used in all applications where an additional or redundant temperature measurement is required. The valve is used wherever existing retrofit applications are to be expanded with an electrical temperature measurement. The application area is possible in water and environmental technology, in plant and mechanical engineering as well as in transformer construction. Suitable compression fittings, connecting cables, cable transmitters as well as cable sockets and mounting flanges are available as accessories.
